Property Development

A US $48 million property development dispute against an Eastern European State body we advised on the procedure and on numerous complex issues (including the capacity to contract and estoppel) and attended contested hearings in an ICC Arbitration in London.

Mining

We acted for bondholders and others in a claim for fraud concerning mining opportunities with an estimated value of US $800 million including multi-jurisdictional issues.
