Acted for a UK heavy vehicle manufacturing business in its investment from, and joint venture with middle eastern investors. The advice extended to producing documentation for, and negotiating on, company restructuring, joint venture agreements, intellectual property, marketing and manufacturing agreements as well as funding documentation.

Advised existing shareholders in a software design business on their joint venture with the senior management of one of their competitors, including advising on a complex shareholders agreement, a three year share scheme and corporate restructuring.
