In tandem with the lead overseas US law firm, acted in the proposed purchase of a satellite telecommunications business in the UK. Principal areas of assistance included providing a risk assessment on the commercial aspects of the target business and on the share structuring pre and post completion as well as advising on funding requirements and UK procedures and documentation.

Advised one of the up and coming insurance businesses in the City of London in the purchase of an established Lloyds Brokerage firm including arranging financing, company procedure and governance, employee structure, complex commission arrangements and corporate structure post completion.

Acted for a UK group in the specialised asset purchase of European and US finance companies from major banks as part of those banks' on-going corporate restructuring
