In tandem with the lead overseas US law firm, acted in the proposed purchase of a satellite telecommunications business in the UK. Principal areas of assistance included providing a risk assessment on the commercial aspects of the target business and on the share structuring pre and post completion as well as advising on funding requirements and UK procedures and documentation.

Advised the majority shareholders of a successful telecommunications business specialising in communications solutions integration with the sale of the group to an AIM listed company, in a complex share, cash and earn-out deal.

Advised on the sale of a manufacturing business, specialising in high tech equipment in the defence industry to a European purchaser and negotiated their on-going senior management roles in the purchasing group.
