Senior Litigation Manager
Litigator Tom has a wide experience of all types of litigation and has been a part of the Commercial Litigation Department for over 25 years.
His particular strength lies in the area of commercial litigation where he has acted for a large number of commercial and professional clients including leading accountants, surveyors, architects and recruitment consultancies.
He is particularly strong in understanding clients' requirements and their need to protect their relationship with their own clients and also in negotiating commercial settlements for them.
In addition, he also collects debts on behalf of lenders and Insolvency Practitioners often recovering monies on their behalf in difficult situations.
He is also one of the co-ordinators of our fully computerised debt collection system.
When not spending time with his wife and two young children, Tom enjoys the theatre, cinema, attending the gym and is a passionate supporter of Fulham Football Club.
