Vanessa joined Cumberland Ellis LLP as a Legal Assistant in November 2009.
Vanessa graduated in Law from the University of Northumbria at Newcastle and has for the last 10 years worked in Property Litigation, Professional Negligence and Insurance Litigation with Eversheds in Leeds.
Vanessa now specialises in residential landlord and tenant disputes to include advising Landlords and Managing Agents on recovery of rent arrears and possession arising out of shorthold assured tenancies, recovery of sums due under long residential leases, general advice on breaches of tenant’s covenants and squatter possession actions.
