Suzanne Eva

Commercial solicitor Suzanne graduated in law from Worcester College, University of Oxford in 1982. She then trained as a barrister and was admitted in 1983. Suzanne then decided to qualify as a solicitor and joined Linklaters & Paines in 1984, working in tax and then corporate finance. After a spell running her own restaurant in Battersea (both cooking and serving behind the bar) she joined Fox Williams in 1989 for 2 years, doing corporate work. She joined Evill & Coleman in 1994 and the firm in 1997. She was Managing Partner from January 2001 to April 2005.

Suzanne is now based in the Company Commercial Department which is part of the Commercial Group where she undertakes a wide range of work and oversees the work of others. She has a number of clients from abroad, mainly in the United States. She is also a member of our Employment Law Department, where her main work in advising clients on terms of employment and on compromise agreements, and on the employment aspects of business sales and purchases.

Outside work, Suzanne enjoys theatre and good food and drink. She is a supporter of the Almeida Theatre and a director of the Sphinx Theatre Group. She cycles to work come rain or shine. She spends time at her second home in Spain.
