Adam Colenso

Partner, Property Litigation

Adam has wide experience of a complete range of property litigation including breach of covenant and forfeiture claims, dilapidations claims, lease renewals, rent reviews and arbitrations, service charge, disputes, enforcement action and distress, possession claims, disputes relating to protected tenancies, boundary disputes, adverse possession claims and right of way and other easement disputes. He also undertakes nuisance claims and litigation relating to public houses with special expertise in European competition law.

Adam took a History degree at Newcastle University and a Masters degree at York University. Thereafter he completed the CPE law conversion and qualified as a barrister at the Inns of Court School of Law. He joined Cumberland Ellis as a partner in November 2006.
