Rebecca Patrickson

Rebecca graduated from Edinburgh University in 2001 and worked as a recruitment consultant before attending law school. She then worked as a paralegal for a year at Slaughter and May in their Technology, Media and Telecoms department. Rebecca joined Cumberland Ellis as a trainee and qualified into the Company Commercial department in 2009.
Rebecca advises businesses of all sizes on a range of matters including company law, commercial contracts and buying and selling companies. She also has experience of advising charitable clients on the commercial aspects of their operation, including constitutional matters, charitable governance and registration of charitable entities.
Rebecca enjoys running and playing tennis and is a keen cook.
