Property lawyer Christine qualified in 1966 and, apart from a seven year break when her children were small, has specialised as a residential conveyancing solicitor. She joined Cumberland Ellis in May 2008, having previously worked for Hyde Mahon Bridges, Sheridans and Tarlo Lyons.

Christine's practice encompasses all aspects of residential conveyancing work including leasehold enfranchisement, lease term extensions, collective purchases of freehold and shared ownership leases. She also deals with right to buy purchases, co-owning agreements, sales by auction, transfers of equity and severance issues.
