Susan Fritsche

Property Litigation solicitor Susan Fritsche was admitted as a solicitor in 1999. She became an Associate in May 2006.
She now specialises in our Property Litigation Department in the Property Group and her areas of expertise include: business tenancy renewal proceedings on behalf of both landlords and tenants matters arising under long residential leases to include rent and service charge disputes and claims for forfeiture for other breaches of covenant. Susan also has experience in other areas of general commercial litigation.
