Recruitment

Our aim is to recruit and develop excellence in lawyers and support staff to deliver quality legal services for our clients and to provide satisfying and long term careers for our people.

Whilst our normal recruitment is through key consultants with whom we have close relationships, we are also pleased to consider approaches from lawyers with good client following and an ethos of performance and desire for achievement. If you fit this description, please forward your CV with a covering letter marked "Private & Confidential" to our Senior Partner.

Trainees

Along with many other firms of our size, we have decided for business reasons that we will no longer, recruit trainees directly through applications for a training contract. This means that we do not take trainees every year as we have done in the past. Instead where there is a specific business need in any department for assistance at that level, a paralegal will be recruited for that department. This is not meant as an alternative method of recruiting trainees, but we may offer that person a training contract depending on our business requirements at the relevant time.
