How to find your way through the Residential Service Charge Labyrinth
On Wednesday 21 April 2010, Cumberland Ellis will be co-hosting a seminar with accountants Rayner Essex and barristers Thirty Three Bedford Row on Service Charge Recovery for Residential Property. The seminar is to be held at Cumberland Ellis' offices and will comence at 5.30pm.
The seminar is aimed at property managers, landlords and management companies and will look at service charge recovery from both the accountant's perspective and from the legal aspect of reasonableness, demands and recovery. After the seminar there will be an opportunity to put questions to the panel of speakers and, following what we hope will be a lively debate, refreshments will be served.
